I was being asked about blood sugar control the other day and I love the effectiveness of sage in teas for that reason. Sage is also a common ingredient in alternative blood sugar medications and may help prevent or treat type 2 diabetes.
I've paired sage with Blueberries which help with heart health, vision, bone density, kidney health, digestion and brain cognition. Blueberries also contain potassium, which can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of stroke or heart attack.
There's also a dash Mint to help digestion and Cornflowers because they're gorgeous and its been used to help with congestion and also help you be more regular!
This is a very fruity light drink that tastes really refreshing both hot and cold.. It's great for summer and its warm days and cold nights!
